Duda Sod is proud to be part of A. Duda & Sons, a family-owned agricultural company with over 100 years of dedication to Florida’s land and communities. From the very beginning, our work has been guided by Christian faith and a commitment to integrity, stewardship, and service — principles that continue to shape everything we do.

In the early 1970s, Walter A. Duda took on the challenge of starting a sod division, planting our first fields in Oviedo and expanding the company’s operations to meet the growing demand for quality turfgrass in Florida. Today, the division has grown to include farms in Cocoa and Lake Placid and has become one of the region’s most trusted providers, supplying high-quality, Florida-friendly turf to homeowners, contractors, and municipalities across the state.

Our century-long journey reflects a dedication not only to agricultural excellence, but also to ethical business practices, respect for the land, and care for our communities.
